Welcome to the Hermiston Plan Center. A plan center is a collection point for the blue prints of projects being built in the local area. We serve Northeastern Oregon as well as North central Oregon, South central Washington and Southeastern Washington. Our members are the general and specialty contractors that bid on those projects being built.

If you would like to become a member of the Hermiston Plan Center, please fill out an application and you can fax it to our company or e-mail to plancenter@eoni.com.

Our prices are $380 a year, payable annually, bi-annually, or quarterly with a one year commitment.

We can scan and archive large format copies, maps, etcetera and convert to PDF files.

Another service to our members is Registered Agents. For $150 a year we will serve as your registered agent if you are an out-of-state corporation.
