The Hermiston Plan Center will be increasing their dues as of October 1, 2010. This makes it our 7th year of business. We will be going to $400 a year, which is not bad. Our copy prices, however, will be going up immediately. "C" size copies, which is 18" x 24" will be $2, "D" which is 36" x 24" will be $3, "E" which is 30" x 42" will be $4 and "F" which is 36" x 48" will be $5.
08/30/10 - Good Monday morning! What a busy day, today. Addendum B for BMCC with all additions and corrections has been posted to the projects page. Helix School District has been issued an addendums #1 and #2. Addendum #1 extends bid date to 09/02/10. We will be posting it as well as checking for the plan holder's list for the Recovery Village Treatment Center in Baker City, OR. Addendum #1 for project #168, Digester 2 Tank Recoating has been issued, but not online. Add #3 has just been released for project #275, Helix SD Gym Foyer Modernization.
08/31/10 - Project #264. Recovery Village Treatment Center in Baker City, OR - has been issued two addendums plus door hardware - we were not notified as they had a wrong email address for us. They are in the process of sending us the addendums and plan holder's list now. We will post it - this project bids at 2pm today - no extension. The addendums and plan holder's are online. Newsletters are now online!
09/01/10 - New project in - Server Room Modifications out of the Kennewick SD - pre-bid is today at 3pm. New project out of Richland, WA - 2010 C-Basin Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation. Helix SD Gym Foyer Modernization has issued addendum #4 - this project bids tomorrow at 4pm
09/02/10 - New project in - Transload III Warehouse Building in Boardman, OR.
09/02/10 - Two new ODOT projects in - US20/US395 Monroe Street Intersection Project in Harney County and Signing and Signals in Multnomah County. Don't forget we close at 3:00 pm today and will re-open Tuesday at 9:00 am. Have a safe holiday weekend!
